Personalised Items
As personalised products are made to your requirements, they cannot usually be returned unless:
-The item arrives damaged.
-The item is faulty.
-A mistake has been made by us.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it and include photographs where possible. I'll always do my best to put things right.
Non-Personalised Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days with photographs of:
-The packaging.
-The damaged item.
I'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
