At LaserCraft by Leah, every item is handmade and many of our products are personalised just for you.

Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of these products, personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please double-check all spelling, names and personalisation details before placing your order, as we engrave exactly what is submitted.

Non-Personalised Items

If your item is not personalised, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
